CL Tan


My fitness journey began in 2007 as a competitive athlete, where I had the honor of representing Singapore in Dragon Boat and Canoeing at the Asian Games and SEA Games. Those years shaped my discipline, resilience, and deep respect for training, not just as physical preparation, but as a way of life. After retiring as a national athlete, I transitioned into CrossFit, training for four years and discovering a strong passion for weightlifting.

Coaching brings me genuine joy and fulfillment. I love imparting knowledge, guiding progress, and seeing positive changes in both physical ability and overall well-being. To me, training is more than workout, it’s a powerful outlet from the stresses of daily life.

I believe fitness should be enjoyable, sustainable, and human. My goal is to create a safe, encouraging environment where every session feels rewarding and grounded in real connection.

Above all, I believe in small wins. Progress doesn’t require perfection. As long as you show up, I’ll coach you to the best of your ability and help you move forward, one win at a time.
