I discovered CrossFit in 2016 when I was invited to take on a leadership role in building the CrossFit community in Johor Bahru. What began as an opportunity turned into a passion and a career, spanning over seven years of hands-on coaching experience. During that time, I’ve helped athletes of all levels improve their strength, movement quality, and overall fitness through structured, practical training.

My coaching style is technical and focused. I believe progress starts with solid fundamentals, proper mechanics, and consistency. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or looking to refine your performance, my goal is to provide clear guidance and effective programming so you can train with confidence and longevity.
