What programs will be offered?

  • Mobilus HYROX Lab - official HYROX Training Club is a purpose-built program designed to help you prepare for the global fitness race that combines running with functional strength stations.

    At HYROX Lab, you’ll train across four key session types — Foundation, Power, Engine and Complete — each targeting a different element of race performance. Whether you’re new to HYROX or chasing a personal best, our structured training blocks focus on skill mastery, strength development, and endurance building to help you perform at your peak.

    Expect sled pushes, wall balls, SkiErgs, rowers and other race-specific movements in an environment built for progress and community. Every class is designed to help you move better, go faster, and race stronger — with expert coaching and the same intensity you’ll face on event day.

  • Functional Fit sessions offer 60 minutes of comprehensive functional fitness training, focusing on enhancing skills and strength through high-intensity workouts encompassing metabolic conditioning, resistence and strength training.


    Throughout our program cycles, we aim to develop proficiency across 10 essential fitness domains: Accuracy, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Endurance, Flexibility, Power, Stamina, Strength, and Speed.


    Experience holistic fitness development and heightened energy levels as you engage in workouts alongside a supportive community.

  • MobEngine is a dynamic high-intensity program meticulously crafted to amplify cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and functional fitness.

    With a focus on building cardiovascular capacity, our MobEngine class provides accessible and challenging aerobic training designed to build you a better engine.

    During this hour-long session, participants engage in a combination of rowing, biking, and skiing exercises complemented by bodyweight and straightforward weighted workouts, facilitating both strength development and endurance challenges.

    We prioritize accessible, low-skill movements, empowering participants to intensify their workout experience and push the intensity for a rewarding sweat session.

  • Designed for those aiming to sculpt and strengthen their physique, MobBuild is a comprehensive bodybuilding program emphasizing strength training, muscle building, and targeted workouts for toning and defining specific muscle groups.

    The new and updated MobBuild will feature the use of cable machines in our training cycles.

  • Designed to meet individual fitness goals through customized coaching, our experienced trainers provide personalized guidance to help you improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

    Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, our personal training sessions offer a supportive environment to enhance your performance and achieve your fitness aspirations.

  • Open gym hours are available for members to use without a structured class or specific programming.

    During open gym hours, individuals have the freedom to work on their own workouts, practice skills, or focus on particular exercises at their own pace.

FAQs

  • Foundation memberships are set by default to start at 5 Jan 2026. Should you wish to start your membership later than this date, you may raise a request when Mobilus East Coast officially opens.

  • A membership under East Coast allows access to all programs under Mobilus. To find out more about our programs, please visit here.

  • You will be able to go to all Mobilus outlets (except for New Bahru) with your membership.

    For access to New Bahru, a topup of $30 a month will allow for full access.

  • You will be able to train at Mobilus East Coast as long as you have a valid Mobilus membership.
